Bringing the culture of Los Angeles’ Koreatown to Las Vegas, chef Roy Choi has created this warm and inviting restaurant inside Park MGM. Guests make their way in through a “reverse speakeasy” liquor store and enter the dining room, where they’re greeted with good vibes and flavor-packed dishes. The unique dining experience mixes the food, music and culture that Choi loves so much – hip-hop to bibimbap, kimchi to spaghetti and BBQ to late-night munchies. Highlights include the chef’s famed Kogi Short Rib Tacos, Tamarind Black Cod hot pot, slippery shrimp and ’80s-inspired cocktails such as the Midori Sour and Fuzzy Navel.
